What We Eat 

At The Honeybee Home we believe in consuming organic, healthy and natural foods that give the honeybee kiddos all the nutrients and love they need in their growing bodies. Almost daily we have garden activities, whether its to plant or harvest fresh veggies that will be added to our lunch or snacks. Our meals are always changing but include a mostly vegetarian diet, for we all know food fuels our mind, body and spirit. In addition, we are very passionate and mindful about our impact on the environment. Fresh fruit with every mealtime ensures we have the energy to get through the day. Grains, proteins, vegetables and fruit will be served with variation at every meal. Every meal is homemade created by the hands of the teachers and honeybee kiddos. Every week, each meal time will get the opportunity to shine by introducing a different cultures food to our palettes. Gaining the knowledge of gardening, harvesting, and preparing meals is crucial and inspires us to fuel our bodies thru the wonders of nature.
